As I've stated before, my schedule at work has me thrown, and I have used this excuse far too many times when explaining why I can't muster the paint or pencil to page. I have been dabbling, but my mornings are taken up now, so I have to find some other time to paint. In the meanwhile, my eldest daughter Grace is making great strides as a member of GLEF . Golden Leaf Education Foundation aims to enhance educational opportunities internationally.

ReplyDeleteLife has a tendency to get in the way of so many of our best intentions. Not to worry, Kevin, we'll stick with you!
Just to let you know, I'm nearly moved out of my real studio and the end of this month will do it. Saving money for our move next April takes priority, so I'll be painting out of our second bedroom. We've always used it as an office and small studio space for me, so the work will go forward without a hitch.

congratulations to your daughter Grace for being a person who cares about such things! You must have been a great role model. Keep painting (or sketching)..! I'll be tuned in to see what you do next. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Gary and Celeste. Both of you continue to inspire me even when I'm not painting. And now it's time to go to work. I also see that moving to 10hr work days inhibits by ability to commit, but I'll figure it out. Gary, someday we will have coffee, and Celeste...looking forward to seeing your work "live" as well.
