I want to officially thank my family, whose support made possible this new mat cutter. I don't spend a lot of money on my materials. I guess I feel I need to earn it...Anyway, I've wanted a quality mat cutter for years. My family provides gift certificates, which I used for this.

ReplyDeleteThanks Katherine, I tried using the hand held one and was never able to make a straight cut. I blame my left-handedness on that. It's the little things that you appreciate. I would buy the pre-cut mats and size my paintings accordingly. Only problem there is when you have a reference photo, the composition doesn't fit the dimensions of the mat size. So, yeah, I love it.
